Spar Cavalier Belhar sucks,

I have visited Spar Cavalier Centre last week, spoke to the Manager on duty as i needed boxes. He gave me a few boxes and told me i can pop in again should i need more. There were no cost involve. Last night, 28/10/2020 i went back and the guy at fruit and veg department went to go fetch a few boxes, told me i must pay R1.50 per empty box. I told him that i will pay at the cigarette counter and also asked him why must i pay cos the manager gave it to me for free. I went to the cigarette counter, the supervisor told me that i must pay R1.50 per box as this is what she was told, I explained to her that i got it for free from the manager and why should i pay. I told her that i am not blaming her cos she follows instructions. This is pathetic, hence the reason why i told the supervisor i will go to hellopeter, so unfair. The guy at the fruit and veg department even follow me to the counter where i paid for my boxes. Where is the consistency? I mean the manager gave boxes for free, why will someone else charge me? I have been shopping there for years and i can tell, leaving the shop with a bitter taste in my mouth. I even feel like exposing Spar in the newspaper cos this unfair.
