Spar cash send

I've sent money to someone but when the person went to withdraw, the ATM notified him that the voucher was invalid. I went to the branch where there is a Standard bank ATM and when I tried to withdraw the money, I got the very same message. I then went to the cashiers who didn't do much to assist and told me I should call the number on the receipt. I've been calling since yesterday but my airtime just ran out due to them not answering the phones. Mind you, I've spent an additional R80 only on calls without being attended to. Please stop using Spar to send money to people because they and Standard bank are some of the biggest ******.
