Spar carlswald false advertising

Spar has Cadbury chocolates 80g marked as special for R11. With an exclusion of bubbly only. However when you purchase a bournvile Cadbury slab 80g you are charged R14. When this was questioned staff then says the special is not on the bournvile Chocolate. However it does not stipulate as an exclusion on the advertising.
