Spar Cape Gate has poor standards

Today I bought a lemon meringue tart from Spar Cape Gate and it tasted purely like condensed milk. It was way to sweet to eat and such an inconvenience because I won't be able to take it back today. I have also had problems in the past with the service where the ladies at the salads counter ignore you when you are standing at the counter. Today the same thing happened again, their refrigerators have also not been functioning well for the past few months. I understand that they had renovations but there are still fridges that are not cold enough. I love shopping there and even go there rather than to Kraaifontein Spar which is closer to me. Please look in to these issues!
