Spar Bromhof -disgraceful service

Spar Bromhof is a complete joke as far as service goes. I logged my complaint on Facebook to avoid hello peter on the 28th of June and did not even get the respect of a decent response. The service is shocking, the staff are rude and will stare at you from behind the counter of the deli instead of assisting. The ques are a joke and I stand for 10 minutes in my lunch time. I won't be returning and quite frankly this is very bad for your brand since half the locals refuse to go to the Spar because of the terrible service!
