SPAR BROADACRES

Broadacres Spar service has been continuously deteriorating. This once magnificent spar is in need of a face lift for decor and a serious customer care training programme for its till staff. I am prompted to write this as again last week ice cream and cooked chicken getting put into same packet as the till person and the packer so busy having a great conversation. I feel why do we need packers? If you do it yourself items get put in bags correctly. This happens often the customer barely getting acknowledged. At the cooked food section there is a general air of "just can't be bothered " when a customer is waiting unless the chefs are they then things change but when staff on their own . Spar at pineslopes reminds me of what Broadacres used to be like. Car guards outside spar also very in your face and make you feel uncomfortable when you say no thanks you don't need help.
