spar branded items

im am really disappointed with the way my complaint was handled at the store, i bought a pack of Spar branded junior diapers a pack of 30 on saturday 22/08 at 5pm and on sunday when i opened it, the items were all rejects as there was no straps on it, so i went to the store and complaint to the manager and he just said ok you can take another one or you can take something else with no apologies for the item and no story, i had to put my own money extra to buy another product of diapers, so i had to spend my own time and petrol money to come back to the store and still spend extra on another product, im really upset as i have been shopping there for over a year and they know me as its the first time i compliant and didnt get anything back in return.i will like a call on my cell phone anytime on *** and will like a shopping voucher for all my time and effect that i put in.
