SPAR BRAND TOMATO SAUCE HEALTH RISK !!!

Good day,

Bought a bottle of SPAR - NAME BRAND TOMATO SAUCE and there's something growing inside the bottle. Took the bottle back to the SPAR outlet. It's weeks later, I have been offered another bottle of tomato sauce and there's still some of the same batch SPAR BRAND TOMATO SAUCE on the shelf.

SPAR can keep the bottle. I am concerned about the health risk and SPAR's obviously not bothered at all.
