SPAR BLUFF are a bunch of time waters

I went to Spar Bluff on 27 June as they had a special for Koo Tomatoe and onion mix. There were no stock on the shelves so I was requested to wait 4 the call my Vaughn and the Indian manager which my details were written in a book and they will call me. I went there today and there was plenty of stock and no phonecard and was advised to pay a higher price. This store wasted my time and monies running around. They give the whole Spar a bad name.
