SPAR Berlin – Rotten Food and No Refunds via SPAR2U

SPAR Berlin – I am very unhappy with the service from SPAR Berlin in the Eastern Cape through the SPAR2U app. I bought 12.5kg maize meal and it was rotten and nothing was done after I reported it. I then paid for two 2 litre tubs of ice cream that were out of stock and the money was deducted but never refunded even after I sent my bank statement and order number as requested. This week I bought meat and it was also rotten and I am still being told the matter is under investigation. Instead of resolving my complaints I received a WhatsApp saying they will no longer deliver in my area. I want my refunds for the rotten and undelivered items. This is unacceptable service
