SPAR BASSONIA.....WALKING THAT EXTRA MILE

I would like to write this review with specific reference to the Spar Bassonia store. This store opened its doors recently, and from the outset the signs were clear that this store was going to have a huge impact on the local community of Bassonia and the surrounds. The standards set by Spiro, James, Leon, Gary and the entire staff were high from day one, with everyone showing awesome professionalism, friendliness, the willingness to treat each and every customer as special and like a member of the family, and also eager and willing to walk the extra mile for their customers. This is where the #SupportLocal has a whole new meaning. There will more than likely be someone out there who disagrees with what is being written here, but my fiance and I (who shop at the Bassonia Spar on an almost daily basis have yet to come across any negative aspects surrounding the store.

Many people have been watching the store with eagle eyes, expecting the standards to drop once the "honeymoon" of the new opening had passed, and all the hype had died down......the only direction the store has moved is up....the management and staff have ensured that the high standards set in the first few days have remained....not only remained but improved to astronomical heights. As the world faces the Corona Virus pandemic, this store has once again been at the forefront of taking precautionary measures, making sure that the needs of their clients come first, by ensuring that safety precautions are met....hand sanitisers at the doors, sanitiser sprays for the trolleys, everyone greeted with a huge smile by the security staff also walking the extra mile to ensure the safety of everyone....The standard of cleanliness at the tills also has to be mentioned....a huge vote of thanks to Spiro and his awesome team for their level of commitment and dedication to their work.....thanks guys.....you rock!!
