Spar bakeries got a problem with racial minorities?

Bakery counter staff member purposely ignoring white customers while chatting with her friends and eating at her post but dropping everything and putting on a very professional air for any non-white customers (even to the surprise of her co-workers). Is this a new bakery staff trend in spar these days? Is the bakery section in midrand spars all drawing and hiring from the EFF or something? The staff in other sections in Spar are very friendly by comparison.
