Spar bad service complaints

Hi 2weeks back i went to spar in newbrighton to draw money inside i made cash back for R950 the cashier said its declining but i received a message on my phone that the transaction was successfully and it was deducted because the message had a less amount showing the transaction was successfully. The cashier called the superior who was on duty that they to come and solve the problem the only thing she said I must come with my bank statement then I did she said i must also get a letter from my bank stating that the money was draw @spar while i had a bank statement then she said she will the the financial office after work I went there she said she can't call that time because they are already close please help me get my money back
