Spar Bad Service

Good day, I have been coming to the Observatory Kwik Spar for almost 5 years, but today I was taken aback by the way I was treated and spoken to today by cashier 6 - A mistake the cashier did made me feel like I was at fault for her making a mistake - I was shouted at and my receipt thrown at me. with saying this the Manager of Spar was standing there and did nothing but just walked away - I don't think I will be back.
