SPAR BAD SERVICE

I sent my friend to Homestead Spar with a piece of paper to give the cashier to get me a Google Play Voucher. For R150. I was shocked to receive a Hollywood bets voucher instead for that amout. How the **** do you confuse Google Play with Hollywood bets? This kind of incompetence disgusts me. I will be challenging this legally if I have to. My contact number is ********** 384. I want this resolved as your staffs incompetence is unacceptable. I went to the store personally this morning to change the voucher to find out it is non refundable. This too is unacceptable and against the consumer protection act. And will be dealt with as such legally if that's what it takes to get this resolved.
