Spar bad service

Super spar does not only have food that is not good standard thier customer service is poor as well.I bought braai wors that turned to be mince and smell owefull and tasted owefull called the branch I'm Gugulethu spar were I bought it.couldnt get hold of them over the phone they first couldn't hear me as the speaker person is loud I called numerous time they will pick up and drop I wrote email to thier customer care no response when I finaly called customer servise they said they received my email will get beck to me till this day no feedback.
