SPAR Bad For You

A driver from SPAR whilst reversing hit and damaged my car and asked me to settle out of court and me being human I agreed because he wasn’t disputing anything, weeks later his story changed and decided to take the matter further to the head office. People at the head office are so unprofessional no one was getting back to me I had to drive there and confront them... now I’ve submitted everything they need and it’s been weeks, the PA to the CEO is purposely ignoring my calls and emails.
