Spar bad for you

Good day, My till slip number is 8319 at till 2. I went into the Spar at Ferndale Village this afternoon and purchased the above mentioned products. I also purchased a packet of veggies at Woolies across the way as Spar did not have soup veggies at the time. I came home and started the cooking. Upon adding water to the pot I noticed brown spots floating on the top. I took a few out with a s**** and realized it must be weavels. The only things added to the pot were the stuff bought at Spar, the veggies (which were rinsed) and meat. I called Spar Ferndale and spoke to Elias. He asked me to come back to the store of which I did. Upon returning to the store Elias opened the soup mix and the minestrone soup (the additional one that I bought) looking for the weavels. He went and called Vernon. Vernon proceeded to ask me where the weavels had come from. He asked if I put flour or cornflour in the soup. All Vernon could ask was what did I do, meaning he is asking me what did I do and now blaming Spar. I didn’t not appreciate his patronizing tone and the manner in which he handle the service or complaint. Thanks to Vernon I will never shop at Spar ever again. Upon returning home I informed my father to not buy my child anything from Spar ever again and he said that during the week he saw weavels in the bread that was also purchased from Spar. I mentioned to Vernon that his customer services had gone to sh*t and he had an attitude to say yes it has. He wasn’t bothered that he was losing a customer. Vernon has a poor attitude and I will not put up with it. I am neither his friend nor his child I shop at his store and that was disgusting service.
