Spar Arcadia selling expired food.

Spar Arcadia is selling expired food and the manager and owner are very rude, it's not for the first time, today I ask the owner why are they selling sachets of cappuccino that expired 15 Feb 2021, 2 months ago, he said it's none of my business. Last month when I ask why are they selling expired good they said they were not aware, I'm going to report them to department of health.
