SPAR- Appalling Service / Gave me food poisoning

My husband and I have been shopping at the newly opened Spar on Main Road in Observatory, and had quite a few incidences that are worth noting. <br> <br> Firstly, I asked the lady in the meat section to weigh 500g of beef mince - a seemingly very simple task. She was unable to count, and kept returning with the wrong amounts - first handing me 5g, then 50, then when she reached 400g asked if that was good enough. These ladies need serious training here.<br> <br> Secondly, we bought a rotisserie chicken, and when we cut into it for dinner it was still raw in the middle.<br> <br> Thirdly, today, we bought some of their pre-made chicken bites, only to both get food poisoning later on in the day. We're 100% sure it was that to cause it, as it was the only thing we'd eaten at that point of the day.<br> <br> We are very unimpressed and wish these issues would be addressed, as we don't have a great selection of grocery stores around here and we were hoping this would be our new store of choice.<br> <br> I would advise running some in-depth training and doing regular quality checks, as it is a new store and will in turn make a bad name for itself if this is not addressed.<br>
