Spar Andrews Horrible service

I went to spar andrews in empangeni and got horrible customer service. I reported the matter and even forgot my bank card in the store. To my suprise the owner said i musnt come to the store, they tried ****ming me by trying to use my bank card. Have spar become a place of ****s and horrible customer service?
