Spar allowed to charge what ever each shop deems fare to them.

On the 30 September 2022 I was in rynfield spar and decided to buy a creamer and tin coffy, I noticed the creamer was on special till 2 October 2022 but next to it was Ellis brown creamer which my wife enjoys more than the standard creamora in the blue box. The price diffrice is the creamora was R35 with a spar card and the Ellis brown was R39, I did not mind the extra R4 for the Ellis brown so I bought it. Later that afternoon we stopped at crystal gate spar in Crystal park to do the remainder of our shopping. My wife wanted another box creamer as 1 was not enough for the month so I went to get another box Ellis brown but when I got to the shelf the blue box creamora was on the same special as rynfield spar BUT the Ellis brown was priced R49. 99. When I questioned this with the managing staff I was first told its because one spar is a Supa spar and the other is not, I asked what they saying is the bigger the store the cheaper the things, then another manager came and started to say its a diffrent spar card therefore diffrent specials, the more I am telling them its not showing the special on the shelf the more they argued. Eventually the first supervisor who told me about Supa spar etc accompanied me to the shelf, while walking with me he is laughing at me making comments that 'if I'm wrong what am I going to do' when I asked the same question to him what will he do if he was wrong he did not reply, when we got to the shelf it was priced exactly as I said it was, when returning to the front of the store the manager approaches me with the advertising newspaper showing me the Ellis brown is R39 which is what I said and yet the shelf still shows R49. I understand that this happens now and then however with out sounding like exaggerated it's a fact that every time I go in crystal gate spar in crystal park there is a price problem even on the 30 September I had to run arround the shop to prove the prices of canola oil were the price on the shelf was R10 cheaper than the programmed price on the till, it's understanding a price is wrong now and then but every time. My wife likes this spar so as much as I don't want to shop there she does. It seems that if you decide to shop at spar it's best you carry the adverti*****t with you and if you don't get the local news paper don't shop at spar. I prices on the shelves. I don't appreciate managers laughing at me or asking questions like what will I do if I'm wrong? As they were wrong and nothing was done. The funny thing is spar head office seems to accept managers laughing at customers that prove them wrong as I have sent emails to many email addresses to spar head office and not 1 response.
