SPAR ALGOA - LONG QUEING AND REPLY "NO PEOPLE"

Customers has a huge problem at Algoa Spar Port Elizabeth with long queuing to pay for items and there alot of tills open. During the year customers complain and the reply is always they don't have people. I have visited the spar on Friday 22 November 2019 the evening and there was problems with the lotto machine which there is one person that must operate the lotto machine and her till and cause delay in paying for items. I have call for the manager which Tasha stands in. i have ask her why isn't there a person for the lotto and second till because we complain whole year with this problem, she rep**** they dont have people. on the other side they have 6 tills but only two operational and this happen always at busy times of the month. The management of Spar Algoa don't listen to customers complains and frustrations. This could be along time resolved. I have personally bring it up with supervisors and mangagers more then 6 times for the year nothing happened If Spar Algoa don't have staff that means they exploit there current staffing. That i see as slavery. Two people must be at the kiosk and all till operational especially busy times

Lastly to end of is that i didnt see a male cashier at Spar Algoa and Spar Algoa Foods which i see as ************** against male people in this country.
