Spar advertising without having stock

Good day i sent an email from last week informing Spar about advertising items which all their branches do not stock. I wanted to purchase the air fryer in the advertised paper at Spar, till now none of the Spars i went to has called me, i went to the ones in boksburg and benoni, why advertise items when they dont have them. Can someone please contact me.
