Spar advertises specials then dont have stock

Had cat sachets on special on the shelf price showed R9.99 I was charged R11.99 i sent a picture of the till slip to the shop theyy just ignored now today in new catalogue they have catore multipaks advertised at R69.99 but nothing at all on the shelf I went all the way to this spar to go buy as i have to get bolt or uber taxis so it cost me money.

If a sign is left up for a special you should be able to buy at that price as they should have removed the sign
