SPAR - 44 Foxon Rd, Hayfields - The Worst

Always have the same issues with the foxon rd spar.

I am writing this review because its the same issues repeated.

Specific incident today: This is the 2nd time that this same cashier is blatantly rude. Cashier name: Lungie

While ringing up the items , the bag with cat litter is pulled by the tearing the packing and messing a handful cat litter. She then carries on expecting me to still take the torn bag. I then asked her twice to change it and she blatantly roles her eyes and ignores me further straight out, costing me to take the bag and exchange it myself She then squashes all the itens into one plastic carrier bag after i asked her for packets. I once again repeated myself asking for 2 bags and then to even them out so that the packets dont tear. She then throws her arms down and just states at me wasting everyone's time and then purposefully pack 1 item in the second bag with everything else in the first bag. SERIOUSLY??? How spitefully and arrogant.

And the cherry on the cake: i get home and see that she charged me for 3 packets when i only got 2.

I spend at least R4000 per month easily there with my 3 to 4 shopping trips a week. It might not be that much but there's a lot of other shops that wld b happy to get my business. Where the cashiers are friendly and helpful . I will not be returning there anytime soon if ever.

Word by month has a huge impact and i will be sure to share my experience to others to warn them
