Spar 2u delivery

I'm soo heartbroken by Spar in Rynfield I always order groceries and they deliver on time until yesterday I ordered and my items were delivered immediately I checked and one item is missing and I called the shop to let them know my item is missing but the shop manager keep insisting they packed it and it's not in the bag I must now drive 10km to the shop to view footage yet I'm telling her it was not in the bag why would I lie about one item if I wanted to hide things I could have hidden 6 items and say they were not delivered the nerve I'm soo annoyed. I'm now going to be very sceptical about ordering online and delivery from Spar ..
