As I had a problem with Spar Willow Way previously, about a week or two back, I need to let you know that I was there yesterday, Tuesday the 16th for the same special and one of the staff members was SO helpful! She remembered me and said I must shop for 5 minutes while she was getting the bread for me from the oven and brought it to me where I was having coffee in their coffee shop. How Kind! I gave her a big hug and couldn't thank her enough. Well Done!!
