I had an annoying experience at SPAR Hammanskraal just off the N1

I wish SPAR would allow customers to withdraw at Tills without Pressing me to buy something, especially considering I was already buying at the time. Why does FNB only have this relationship with Pick n Pay and Checkers and ShopRite?
