Spar

I sent my little brother to get cash at Spar Braamfischerville. He made the first transaction and canceled along the way. He made second transaction and he got the cash-back amount he withdrew. But Spar withdrew both amounts. I went to see the manager to querie and he asked me to return on Monday as it was a Saturday and the people who handle their account are probably not working. I understood and left him with all my details. My money debited on Monday back into my account, and then went back to Spar. I called to find out what happened and he was not around. I left a message and he still did not get back to me. I'm not happy about this.
