Southgate spar kzn

Id like to complain about these 3 staff members in particular (they never have name badges but these are the names they gave)on Tuesday 9 October it was around 10:40 or so(I've misplaced the slip but will check via my bank transaction)I asked to buy cigarettes and a R200 cashback the lady(thembeka said she doesn't have why don't I go take it out at the ATM)I asked her to please check with her colleagues as it was only R200,after this she did they said they didn't have I asked her to ask her supervisor to check if all of them they didn't have R200 the supervisor didn't even bother to check it was a Indian lady I think Amira or something(like I said they never ever wear name badges and be rude afterwards)she asked them and they said they didn't have R200.Amira told me to wait whilst they generate the cash three customers came bought with R100 another one with R70 something the other customer came it was also cash but I didn't see properly how much he paid,I asked the supervisor that still she doesn't have R200 she said NO I have to wait for about 4 customers to buy(I kid you not)she also told me to go to the ATM. This is a very common problem with this spar it's been countless times having a problem with your spar I pray that you use your surveillance to see how they treated me,I will get the slip and you will see customers buying but they not giving me R200 when it was there

About 2 months back I also had appalling service from the manager Joey I think,he was sticking of alcohol,reeking of it,when I had gone to report it to him about the cashback problems he rudely told me to go use other ATMs,it's not his problem

Spar franchises have always upheld morals and mostly if you advertise as service it is a service that you provide,if South gate spar staff decides they don't want to give cash back and be purposely rude about it,as a franchise kindly please put notices that you don't do cash send Kindly attend to this as it's not my spars way of doing business
