Southernwood Spar East London

I am very furious about the way I was treated at Southernwood Spar East London today. I was disrespected by a lady who called me to leave my trolley in a very disrespectful way. Thereafter a security guard came after me & we fought and exchanged words all in the name of not leaving my trolley. I reported to their superior who didnt seem to realy care abput the matter & informed me that he wont reprimand his staff infront of me.

I am a client at Spar. I deserve to be treated as such. I leave my money there & I was still using that trolley for my shopping at Spar Tops. They disrespected me. I am not happy & I want something done. I will escalate until i get an explanation of why they treat client like that and an apology. Pathetic service. I will continue going out with that trolley.
