Sort out your trolley policy to make our shopping experience GREAT

Whilst Spar Mokopane offers the convenience of having two entrances on different streets s for easy access . However the security security officers and shop assistants seems to be running on different policies. The shop assistant says the small trolley does not leave the store going to the parking area only the big trolley. After paying when you get to the door with the big trolley the security REFUSES to let me leave the store with groceries worth R1000 including 8kg bobtail dog food. She says I MUST GO LOOK FOR TROLLEY COLLECTORS IF I WANT TO TAKE THE TROLLEY TO OFFLOAD AT THE PARKING AREA. How absurd, who’s job is it to collect the trolley from the parking?? Why must the shop have convenience of collecting my money yet I can not enjoy my shopping experience at my own convenience?? This leaves a bitter taste to have to waste time arguing my way out of the store with security as if I stole goods whereas I paid a lot of money for it.
