Sonstraal SPAR Triple debits accounts
Hi<br> <br> 21-DEC-2015 i visited the Sonstraal Spar to purchase R600 worth of power. As usual with this Spar there were Issues with their card machines and more that on machine was used to finally swipe my card and deduct R600.<br> <br> As I walked out of the spar another SMS came trough showing another R600 went off my account on a different machine, immediately got this refunded by the manager and the funds were back in my account 24 hours later. an I tough all is well.<br> <br> 4-JAN-2016 R600 went off my account AGAIN ! from Sonstraal Spar and i have reported this to the management of the spar repeatedly and they are blaming the Banks and have not refunded my R600 !!! <br> <br> Money going off an account without the knowledge or approval from the account holder is bordering on ***** <br> Be careful of Sonstraal spar you get TRIPLE debited and the card machines are always having \Issues"."""

This is an issue that needs to be taken up with your bank, unfortunately the store does not have your money but it goes into a suspended account at the bank and only the cardholder can dispute the transaction.
