Sold us half baked scones and the boy was rude

Good day. On the 24th Jan 2016, my husband went to Avonmore Superspar to buy us dinner and some scones. When he brought the scones u could actually see the unbaked dough on all of them. He took the scones back and the young boy at the Bakery was so rude and told my husband there was nothing wrong with the scones. My husband told the boy to have a look at them but he refused, tooked the pack and ahoved them in the bin and carried on with what he was doing. My husband then went and requested a refund. What the hell is this boy doing at a place where he must serve people if he does not have the right attitude? We drive from Musgrave to buy our things from this Spar and for us to get this service is really out of line. My husband wouldnt have drove all the way back had there been nothing wrong with the scones. This boy was really rude to my husband infrinr of our daughter.
