SO UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE AT 'SPAR'

Asked my husband to get me cake at Spar Hillcrest/ Fontana .checked cake the following morning to my disappointment,.Hubby bought it on the 28th the cake was supposed to be sold on the 27th. I did phone right away and I spoke to this guy very helpful I went to the shop, met the guy a bit short, chubby and dark in complexion. He took the cake and said he would get in touch as soon as thy get a caramel cake since bakings are done Thursday. So Today I asked my hubby to go check the cake.Well he was upset with service he got from the 'manager' , I told him just leave it. I phoned at 2105 I spoke to the same person, He told me that he doesn't know the story, very rudely, irriated.He said just come here. I CNT GIVE YOU A CAKE OVER THE PHONE. He kept on saying cnt hear you but I could hear him properly I asked his name he didn't want with it ,tried calling several times and it went unanswered..Seriously SPAR ???I s this the service you give? A Manager of all the people. How dare you speak to a customer like that? You shocked me. I want you to be tracked down. You dnt do that to customers. My husband was there around 8pm meaning hes on shift . Im so ****ed off. ********* rude African man
