So disgusted by poor service in Crystal Park SPAR Supermarket!!!

What a nightmare so early in the morning, firstly the rude cashier didn't greet but asked if I want a plastic? Now during my grocery payment I tried to use my card and the speed point says my chip is faulty and suggested I swipe the bank card. As I swiped the cashier Lebo scoundrel me that why am I swiping I should insert the card. So I responded and said that it doesn't work. She jumped on my head that how can I say the speed point doesn't work when the last customer used it. My response was that well that is what the speed point says as I was about to say "that my chip isn't working" she once again jump into words and started saying that I was lying. In amazement of getting such a treatment I looked at her and reminded her that am a customer and yet she asked with an attitude "so what are you going to do about?" I looked at her and told her she doesn't deserve to be working there and for someone new she should be behaving way better. Instead of digesting my words she went yelling in front the next guy who came to pay. Who also tried to calm her but failed. Then her supervisor came and as if she would be ashamed of her act, as I was explaining myself she continued making her point very rudely infront of her supervisor.
