Snails

Good day, I have always been a loyal supporter of Spar and have found that the quality is very good especially the fresh produce. I bought 2 heads of cauliflower on the 14/11/2015, that night I was busy making food and when I opened the cauliflower i found 7 snails inside the one head eating away...<br> I understand that Spar is only a intermediary and not directly responsible for the production and packaging of the products sold (except under own labelling), but this is unacceptable and a big risk when it comes to losing loyal customers and a good reputation. <br> <br> Please respond.<br> Regards<br>
