Smoking on a non smoking roofed porch walk way

<p>At Tops Spar in Mountain View, De Beer Street, the staff and Management stand right in front of the shop on the roof covered porch walkway and smoke while there is clear no smoking signs up everywhere. This is a big irritation for myself and other non smokers besides the fact that it is against the tobacco health law that smokers may not smoke in a public place especially under a roof or in front of the open doors of a shop.</p> <p>I am a daily shopper at that centre and everytime I go into the Tops the Management and staff will stand right in front of the door and smoke where people and children has to pass on a 1 meter wide walkway under roof. This is a serious health hazzard not to just myself but everyone else that does not smoke and especially children passing by them not to even mention that they are breaking the law as well for smoking infront of an open door shop in a shopping centre under a roof.</p>
