smelly - spoilt sausages

i live out of the area - regular shoppers @ Avonmore Superspar in december while visiting , bought sausages was impressed then - each month i would visit them to purchase on the 26th feb - bought groceries incl half lamd and other meat - total slip value to approx R1500- R1600 - got home packed stuff , used meat - incl mince and chicken, only on the 12th March wanted to use sausages for the braai and 1st tray smelling , then 2nd tray as well, - disappointing,embarrassed as we had visitors , sunday 13th March morn i called the store, spoke to a Devika ,Tracy - tracy said butcher man will call me, he did call me but made it seem as it was my fault, and then tel me how can i call him after so long and tell him it spoilt, obviosuly i tried to use the sausage then found out, but yet i was using other meat all was fine, he then said i must come same time to the store, how can i , my husband was working and we dont live in phoenix, i msg him i will come within the week, but he was rude and asking me for receipt - i didnt buy clothes or hard goods to have kept the receipt for return policy , -how can customer be sold spoilt stuff,& keep quiet, i want this resolved by manager- or HOffice
