Small Stones In My Food... Yes! Small Stones!

I found two small stones in my food (Samp) at the Psar in Parkland, Cape Town. Very disappointing to say the least! And very dangerous at that! Makes me wonder what else I was eating while trying to enjoy my meal... I won't be be buying hot foods there anytime soon. What if my kids, who are both still toddlers, ate these stones? What then? This should not be happening at a place where groceries are more expensive than your average grocer.
