Short change after buying
<p>The Spar at megacity in Umlazi we are not getting our full change and I have notice that most of the Spar store they don't issue full change we are always 5cent short and in terms of consumer act is that as a customer I must get my change in full not short. Is this a practice to all Spar supermarket stores?</p>
