Shopping is hell at spar jubilee mall

<p>I went to Spar jubilee mall to buy myself a bag of 10kg rice and a bus ticket. I left my parcels at their parcel counter and when I came back to collect the attendant clumsily dropped my lunch box and I was appalled when didn't show any remorse. Frustrated I asked for a manager and then came a supervisor who told me the manager is not in then the security guard told me he's in and called for him and he didn't even bother to come after I waited for 30 minutes. Its disappointing and saddening to see how paying customers are being treated at Spar.I'm never setting my foot again at Spar!!!</p> <p> </p>
