Shopping in a holiday camp

This shop opened only 26 July. I stopped there on Saturday afternoon and couldn't believe the atmosphere in the shop. The staff was acting like they were on holiday. They were all chatting, walking in/out of the shop, one of the cashier was sitting on the edge oa her station while some man and a male supervisor were flirting with her. The supervisor was leaning on her station while chatting. The staff behind the counter were standing there and chatting. My sweet young and very new cashier was trying her best to go through my pile of shopping. She was making mistakes and was not sure if she was doing it right. There was no one to guide her or help her even though the male supervisor was leaning on the cashier station right next to her. There were 2 cashiers who just sat there not doing anything and neither of them even offer a help to pack the shopping or check if she put everything through the till. I felt so sorry for her as she was trying so hard to do her job. Her and I went through the individual items together as she thought that she made a mistake. When she called a female supervisor, who was having a good chat with some of the staff behind the counter she got help. The male supervisor suddenly noticed and came to help her. Now there were 2 supervisors overriding each other on the till. Finally it was fixed and both of the supervisors went back to their chats. The female supervisor came back and started to pack the shopping. I told her that the shop looked like a holiday camp and that it doesn't look professional for the staff act like that. She smiled but didn't say anything. The male supervisor turned his head to say good bye to me and continued to be spread on the station. On the way to my car I asked a guard if she could tell me who was a manager of the shop. The female guard was involved chatting with another shop assistant who was supposed to be working inside the shop. She was mot sure who the manager was and neither was the shop assistant who was looking very puzzled. They suggested the male supervisor but were not sure. After a few minutes of guessing both of these women called another shop assistant who was standing idle by entrance. Sweet friendly girl new that there was an owner but that was about the end of the information. I thank them and went towards my car as it was obvious that I will not find anything out. It was not a nice experience to shop there. *********** immature staff acted like there were having drinks with friends outside a night club. I felt that they were like naughty children without an adult supervision. What a shame.
