Shocking treatment by Bean Tree Manager at Willow Way Spar

I have never been treated so badly as a supplier in all my life. My sales rep went to collect marketing material from the Bean Tree at Willow Way Spar and was given only half of the banner back, when she asked for the rest of it she was promptly escorted outside by the security guard still with no full banner. I then called and spoke to the lady (Bean Tree Manager) who did this (names not mentioned) and she continued to scream at me on the phone telling me she didn't know where the other half of the banner was and i have no proof of giving it to her, but she has half of it. I am so enraged by this lady and the way that she treats people. I will never go back to this spar and support them.
