Shocking SuperSpar Food poisoning

I recently went into the Super Spar Retail Crossing in Strubensvalley, where I purchased Macaroni and Mince for my daughters and I, we ate half of it for lunch and I gave some of the mince to my doggy. Both my daughter and I tasted a "funny" taste, but thought this has to do with the recipe. That night we both had the chills and runny tummies, the chills lasted one night but the diarrhea 3 days. I was very week, but decided to take the macaroni left in the container back to Spar and asked the manager to have it tested and come back to me with the results - which she never did. The food affected my dog as well, I saw blood on the tiles and his bottom was full of blood. I rushed him to the Vet, they told me he was also poisoned by the food and this had damaged his colon causing it to bleed. Not only did my daughter, dog and I endure pain and discomfort, but I also paid R67 for macaroni and mince (which should not have been on the shelf) and had to pay medical fees for my daughter and I and vet fees for my dog. I am most of all disappointed that the manager of this branch never even came back to me with test results or an apology. If Spar is ok with selling rotten food I am quite happy to never purchase ready made meals from them again.

Have not had any response on my food poisoning claim, how effective is hello peter ??? the fact that I took the food to them to be tested and they blatantly didn't do it, how immoral - shouldn't there be a law to protect the client, instead of belittling them. How many more people is this happening to? cant there be a way for things to happen in this country to improve services instead of feeling everything is futile, whats the use.......
