Shocking Service

On the 5th of March 2016 i decided to go to spar to buy some braai stuff and drinks. I got to the Liquor dept around 7.50pm but they had already closed their doors. The manager( Tinesh ) said that they close at 5pm but yet they were still serving customers. I normally shop their almost everyday and i know their closing times. One of the staff members even banged on the door from inside to show me they close at 5pm. I then went to the main store next door which was still opened because it wasnt 8pm yet. I laid a complaint with the manager ( Pradeep ). I told him exactly what happened and he told me that the liquor store closes at 8pm not 5pm. Tinesh then came in and i asked him why did he lie. He got very aggressive towards me and **** that he didnt say that. I even confronted the young staff member that also told me that they closed at 5pm but they denied everything. The fact that i was able to enter the grocery store shows that it was before 8pm. This is so frustrating because i walked away empty handed. What was more upsetting is that theTinesh and the staff member had these funny sarcastic smiles knowing that i could not do anything. Worst experience ever.
