Shocking customer service

<p>I am appalled at the service I received today from one of your cashiers Sne Buthelezi....as I was paying for my groceries I was told that one of the items was sold in a pack of four therefore I needed to get another one. Firstly in the fridge where I took the cool drink it was not in a pack nor did it state anywhere that I couldn't buy it in singular. Secondly why am I as a customer expected to walk all the way back to the fridge from the till to exchange the product of which I probably would've picked another incorrect one. I was then now forced to have my groceries voided as I was so flabbergasted at this behavior. Is this the way spar treats their customers or was I just a victim of black on black service?</p>
