SHOCKING!!!
I am absolutely shocked at the service that I received when I phoned the store for information on a product that I was looking for. The staff could not speak English and their telephone manners are disgusting. The response I kept getting was \WHAT". I asked to speak to a manager but there was apparently no manager"
