SHOCKING

I had misplaced my ID during the busy festive season. I received a message from a friend of mine telling me he has seen it in the display lost and found area at the Kengsinton Spar. He inboxed me a message with an image of my ID attached, I went to the spar to gratefully retrieve it only to walk up and down the store being told to wait it will be given to me shortly. I got handed an ID of a completely different old black guy which got me a bit upset but I remained calm. I got told that I should leave my number and maybe if they find it ill get a call. I understand it wasn't their responsibility to keep it but the manner in which it has been handled.
